The PrintLuxe Guarantee of Satisfaction
PrintLuxe stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your print piece, we will provide a full refund, excluding shipping and processing costs.
Indeed, PrintLuxe takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
• Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
You are kindly requested to preview your design prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, PrintLuxe does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
